About the Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for key technical positions, driving candidate engagement, and improving hiring processes to support company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, primarily in engineering and product
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive applicant experience
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning initiatives
  • Conduct candidate assessments with attention to skills, culture fit, and long-term potential
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices
  • Utilize data to refine recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment tools and platforms
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
  • Stay current on labor market trends and competitive hiring practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding
  • Develop talent pools for hard-to-fill roles
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the decision process
  • Track key performance indicators and report on recruitment outcomes
  • Foster a candidate-first approach throughout the hiring journey

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in AI or machine learning domains
  • Background working at technology startups
  • Certification in talent acquisition or HR
  • Familiarity with agile hiring methodologies
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead recruiter role
