About the Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for key technical positions, driving candidate engagement, and improving hiring processes to support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, primarily in engineering and product
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive applicant experience
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning initiatives
- Conduct candidate assessments with attention to skills, culture fit, and long-term potential
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices
- Utilize data to refine recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment tools and platforms
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
- Stay current on labor market trends and competitive hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding
- Develop talent pools for hard-to-fill roles
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the decision process
- Track key performance indicators and report on recruitment outcomes
- Foster a candidate-first approach throughout the hiring journey
Nice to Have

- Background working at technology startups
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR

- Prior experience in a senior or lead recruiter role
