Jerry.ai is hiring a Staff Recruiter to lead impactful and complex searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership hiring. You will partner with senior leaders, own the full search process, and ensure the company elevates its organizational talent density with each hire.
What You'll Do
- Act as project leader on roles, driving searches forward and identifying blockers in the interview process or candidate funnel.
- Conduct thorough initial screens (45-60 minutes) with crafted questions to surface evidence of candidates' high-performance track record and fit.
- Own senior-level searches in the U.S. and Canada across functions like product management, business operations, product design, growth marketing, legal, HR, and finance.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members through coaching and contributing to training resources.
- Analyze role requirements to craft, conduct, and iterate on initial screening questions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in searches.
- Prior experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles across various functions.
- Prior experience managing and driving progress across multiple searches.
- Track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
- Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
