Wellhub is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our CARE team within Product & Technology. You will own our conversational wellbeing coach product, driving its vision, planning, and execution to help users connect with their wellbeing, discover partners, define goals, and sustain engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drive product requirements definition, collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose new solutions and improve current product functionality.
- Build and clearly communicate product vision and benefits to users and internal stakeholders.
- Drive product planning, build, and manage high-quality product roadmaps.
- Work closely with data, product design, and engineering teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable products.
- Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies and deliver impact to partners, users, and clients.
- Create OKRs, goals, metrics, and track their progress.
- Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and processes.
- Manage product backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues, bringing wellbeing to the forefront of work.
What We're Looking For
- Product management experience with great tech products.
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights and improve product.
- Ability to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly, and intuitive product.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen.
- Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions.
- Experience in agile development environments.
Nice to Have
- Desirable experience building a product from scratch in close collaboration with engineering and design.
- Desirable experience leading conversational products powered by LLMs.
- Ability to nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, building credibility and effectively communicating product vision.
