Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experiences across major consumer and business-facing platforms
- Transform unclear challenges into defined user flows, prototypes, detailed visual designs, and precise design documentation
- Establish product-wide interaction models, structural organization of information, and animated transitions
- Develop and refine a practical design system that supports rapid iteration without sacrificing quality
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas and clearly convey concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with executive and product leadership throughout the development lifecycle to shape strategy and experience
- Elevate design standards across the organization, facilitate design reviews, and guide junior team members
- Function as a versatile designer contributing across user experience, interface design, animation, and brand expression
