Bond Studio AI is looking for a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of our core platform. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role for someone who loves complex systems, the built world, and crafting exceptionally polished and delightful experiences. You'll partner directly with the CEO and engineering team to shape strategy and bring new AI-powered workflows to life.
What You'll Do
- Own core user journeys and experiences across key consumer and enterprise channels
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and crisp specs
- Define interaction patterns, information architecture, and motion language for the product
- Maintain and evolve a pragmatic design system that balances speed with high craft
- Create interactive prototypes to validate and communicate concepts to internal and external teams
- Collaborate with leadership from concept through launch on product strategy and user experience
- Raise the overall design quality bar, lead critiques, and mentor designers as the team grows
- Work as a true design generalist across UX, UI, motion, and brand
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product design experience delivering high impact on shipped products
- Portfolio strong UX thinking, premium visual/UI craft, and motion/interaction work
- Comfortable designing 0-1 experiences from the ground up and scaling 1-100 post launch
- Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows across web and mobile
- Expert in Figma, prototyping, and motion
- Strong communication skills — you write sharp specs, tell a clear product story, and can articulate tradeoffs with product and engineering partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with a high degree of ownership and iteration
- You have a strong point of view on product aesthetics and interaction quality, and you’re comfortable defending it in a room of strong opinions
