Jobgether is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of complex, high-impact Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) product experiences. You will shape strategy and execution for initiatives that help customers navigate multiple compliance frameworks with clarity and confidence, balancing creative leadership with hands-on execution to simplify complex workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic GRC projects with significant customer and organizational impact.
- Conduct customer discovery and research to inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Identify and drive design initiatives with cross-functional and organization-wide influence.
- Mentor and coach other designers, refining concepts and elevating overall design quality.
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system aligned with product strategy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to create clear, user-friendly experiences.
- Communicate design solutions effectively, sharing insights and best practices throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience delivering B2B SaaS product designs at scale.
- Proven track record of high-quality execution with measurable organizational impact.
- Strong skills in driving discovery, leveraging customer insights, and defining product strategy.
- Experience leading design from ambiguity through concept to execution for complex product areas.
- Ability to mentor and influence designers, peers, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and solving complex problems.
- Strong product sensibility, systemic thinking, and strategic design leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and proactive escalations.
- Portfolio required, demonstrating consumer-grade craftsmanship and impactful product solutions.
