Jobgether is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects that elevate our brand presence across digital and print channels. In this remote role based in India, you will drive concept development, execute high-quality design work, and ensure consistent brand storytelling while mentoring junior designers.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement design strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple channels.
Lead concept creation and produce high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines and creative standards.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet project goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and creative quality.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and creative development.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work innovative and relevant.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and multi-format expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Proven ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Legal authorization to live and work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Experience in motion graphics, web design, or basic HTML.
