Jerry.ai is looking for a Staff Product Designer to define our product experience from concept to launch. In this foundational role, you will shape both the product and our design process, working directly with founders and leaders. You’ll own design end-to-end, from initial concepts to post-launch iteration based on real user data.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end feature design, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to explore and validate design ideas.
- Help define and evolve our visual design system across mobile and web platforms.
- Use research, user feedback, and testing to refine designs after launch.
- Contribute to team operations, from rituals to documentation and tooling.
- Raise the bar for craft across the company through strong visual and interaction design.
What We're Looking For
- High visual standards and the ability to refine design systems.
- Comfort with agency-style speed and broad ownership over your work.
- A curious, thoughtful, and deeply empathic approach to user problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and work through complexity.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with consumer-facing products and platform design systems for iOS, Android, and web.
