- You will participate in interview panels to select new team members, taking the process seriously.
- You will meet with 4 to 6 engineering team members, each for 5-15 minutes, to ask questions.
- You will be paired with a peer for support, including answering questions, pair programming, and regular check-ins.
- The team will conduct training sessions on company culture, product, engineering processes, and technical architecture.
- You will not be pressured to purchase stock options upon leaving the company; do so when financially comfortable.
- For those outside the US, the process may take longer to align with regional requirements.
- You will have in-person meetings at least twice a year, once as a department and once as a company, with a small budget for regional meetups.
