Requirements: · Demonstrated expertise in production ML systems with proven complex technical problem resolution. · Practical experience in large language model fine-tuning, assessment, and production deployment. · Profound understanding of preference optimization techniques like RLHF and DPO. · Robust ML foundational knowledge with capability to design rigorous domain-specific evaluation frameworks. · Proficiency in developing production-caliber code and comprehending distributed ML system architectures. · Superior communication and collaboration skills to influence multi-disciplinary technical decisions. · Comprehensive ownership of ambiguous, complex challenges from conceptualization through implementation. · Healthcare AI or clinical application experience strongly preferred. · Community contributions through open-source projects, publications, or technical documentation considered advantageous.
