OVERVIEW: The Senior Data & Insights Analyst supports the customer analytics portfolio and functions as a strategic advisor to business and technological collaborators within a specific domain. Demonstrating substantial autonomy with minimal guidance, this professional develops data-driven strategic analyses to uncover meaningful insights and findings that guide organizational decision-making, addresses specialized analytics requests, and contributes to analytical projects and deliverables. The role requires comprehensive analytical proficiency, working efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision while delivering high-impact analytics that generate substantial organizational value. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analytics & Testing - Convert intricate data into clear, implementable insights and comprehensive narratives that drive business decisions. - Design, implement, and evaluate personalized campaigns across multiple communication channels. - Utilize standard analytical tools to query, integrate, and manipulate data for comprehensive reporting and storytelling. - Establish and maintain performance indicators to evaluate personalization effectiveness, campaign performance, and comprehensive impact. - Discover and quantify emerging marketing opportunities through comprehensive analytics to optimize personalization strategies. - Engage collaboratively across marketing, product, and engineering teams. - Maintain data integrity and governance across multiple information sources. - Champion experimental methodologies, educating stakeholders on testing principles and exploring advanced technological approaches to enhance targeting and personalization. Business Stakeholder Support - Generate and deliver customized reports and analyses for business stakeholders, serving as an expert in interpreting personalization metrics and trends. - Facilitate formal and informal training sessions to enable stakeholder self-service through internal business intelligence platforms. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts or Related Field General Experience: - 4+ Years of Experience in SQL, R, Python - Experience with Business Intelligence tools - Cloud Platform Experience #LI-FD VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: At DICK'S, we prioritize innovation and authenticity. This represents a competitive total rewards package potentially including additional compensation components.
