Geoengineers Inc is seeking a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the field aspects of geotechnical services, including exploration and construction observation, while also contributing to analysis and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Perform field exploration and observation of earthwork and foundation construction on projects of various scales.
- Prepare field reports and perform geotechnical analyses including slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement, deep foundation design, and seismic evaluation.
- Assist with gathering field data and samples for projects and coordinate samples for testing as needed.
- Provide support to geotechnical teams in other locations as required.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work successfully within a team.
- Proven problem-solving skills and professional-level verbal and written communication.
- A valid driver’s license.
- One year of driving experience in the United States (consideration provided for international experience).
Nice to Have
- A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.

- Compensation range: $73,000 - $93,000 annually.
