Included Health is looking for a Staff Engineer – Visit Experience to lead the technical design and implementation of systems that directly shape how patients receive care. You will be a key contributor in an environment dedicated to improving healthcare access and quality for our members.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and own high-impact technical systems for patient visit experiences
Architect solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to elevate team practices
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical design, and documentation

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as a Staff-level or senior principal engineer leading complex projects
Deep expertise in designing and operating distributed, customer-facing systems
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make high-stakes technical decisions, and communicate trade-offs
Strong cross-functional partnership skills to align technical and product visions
Commitment to mentoring engineers and improving team processes
