AlexStaff Agency is seeking a Staff Engineer & Product Owner to join a company revolutionizing Linux web server security with AI. You will lead a small engineering team, own system architecture, write production code daily, define the product vision, and manage stakeholder expectations.
What You'll Do
- Own architecture and write production code daily using Python and Go
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and GitHub
- Modernize and refactor legacy systems safely
- Lead technical decisions, set engineering standards, and mentor the team
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities while managing stakeholder expectations
- Act as the main interface for teams relying on our automation tools
- Lead a small engineering team of 4–5 engineers
