Hotmart is hiring a Staff Engineer Frontend to define scalable and robust product architectures, guide teams in implementation, and drive technical strategy and innovation, all to provide an impeccable user experience. What You'll Do
- Define scalable and robust architectures for products, explain the pros and cons of each technical decision, and guide the team in implementation.
- Propose solutions for technical and business problems, pointing out possible project risks and bringing options to mitigate or resolve them.
- Define the technical strategy and technical roadmap of the product spanning multiple teams.
- Work on scenarios where the Business Problem and architectural strategy are not yet defined.
- Direct discussions seeking consensus and agreement among teams in solving problems and business challenges.
- Research new technologies and be a precursor to the culture of innovation.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help leadership define and prioritize the team's backlog, being responsible for risks and problems due to technical debt.
- Create automations and new test scenarios involving multiple systems and environments.
- Structure performance-oriented, regression, stress, and other tests.
- Investigate production problems, extrapolating applications from your scope, identifying root causes, and communicating with teams to make corrections.
- Act as a technical mentor and help each professional individually in their evolution.
- Train development teams in your area of expertise, contributing to knowledge management.
- Promote training and knowledge sharing of technologies important to the Company.
- Partner with management in building product roadmaps, bringing a detailed view of the technical steps.
- Ensure alignment of scope, deadlines, and execution strategy with technical solution proposals.
- Report logs and alerts to other teams, whether under your team's responsibility or not.
- Be aware of the global impacts of implementations by your squad and communicate with other squads to mitigate them.

- Proven experience defining scalable and robust frontend product architectures.
- Strong ability to guide teams in technical implementation and decision-making.
- Expertise in identifying, fixing, and mitigating complex bugs and production issues.
- Experience in structuring performance, regression, and stress tests for integrated environments.
- Ability to research new technologies and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting team technical growth.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project planning.
- Proactive approach to defining technical strategies, indicators, and roadmaps.
- Ability to work independently and influence leadership.
