DualEntry is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll operate with full ownership, deploy daily, and make fast decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build, ship, and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js
- Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple
- Work closely with product, design, and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity
- Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers
- Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale
- Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React
- Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc
- Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability principles
- Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
- Clear product thinking, eye for polish, and attention to design details
- Pragmatic mindset: you move forward fast
- Curiosity and autonomy—you dig in, learn fast, and solve problems without waiting
- Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
Nice to Have
- Next.js experience is a strong plus

- $110,000 - $175,000 + equity: $40,000 - $60,000

Work Mode
