About the Role
The Senior Frontend Engineer will lead the development of user-facing features, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability. You will work within a product engineering team to translate design concepts into functional, scalable web interfaces while advocating for frontend best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces for web applications
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement visual and interaction designs
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable frontend code
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues across devices
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Implement state management solutions for complex user workflows
- Ensure alignment with design systems and component libraries
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and share frontend expertise
- Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and standards
- Contribute to architectural decisions for frontend platforms
- Collaborate on product planning and feature scoping
- Drive improvements in frontend performance and user experience
- Work within agile development cycles with regular deliverables
- Use version control systems effectively in team environments
- Document code and technical decisions for team reference
- Evaluate third-party tools and libraries for frontend integration
- Support A/B testing and user behavior analytics implementations
