Staff Accountant Position (Hybrid/Remote - Location Dependent) Role Responsibilities: Supports the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining financial records, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations. This management role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with direct interaction with employees and guests. Primary Duties: - Supervise finance department areas including payroll, accounts payable, and cashiering - Maintain internal financial controls to protect resort assets - Support department managers with labor and payroll matters - Develop finance staff for organizational growth - Execute month-end financial processes - Generate accurate daily revenue reports - Maintain professional relationships across departments - Provide additional accounting support as needed Qualifications: - College degree with 2+ years progressive accounting management experience - Preferably hotel industry background - Payroll and labor law knowledge - Leadership team management experience - Computer literacy - Proficiency in Excel, Sun, Opera, BirchStreet Systems - Strong written/verbal communication - English fluency - Current US work authorization Compensation Package: - $75k annual salary - Winter lifestyle benefit - Merchant pass - 401k matching program - Comprehensive benefits - Worldwide Four Seasons travel discounts - Employee meal facilities - Professional development opportunities Schedule: - Full-time position - Flexible scheduling - Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
