Resumen de posición Rol y responsabilidades Key activities to perform: Responsible to support selected processes and countries serviced by the shared service center, which includes the following activities: • Month-end general accounting and Fixed Assets Closing • Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and in-depth analysis • Develop and submit weekly/monthly internal reporting • Craft and process Monthly Forecast and Target Plan • Assist in Overhead Cost Budgeting • Maintain financial data accuracy and timeliness in company databases • Collaborate closely with Subsidiaries Finance Team and Business Units, ensuring seamless communication and unified KPI delivery • Proactively identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across operations, reports, and performance indicators • Perform comprehensive analysis and recommend control measures for internal and external audit requirements • Periodically update Standard Operating Procedures • Support SSC Manager in achieving strategic process objectives • Engage in exciting opportunities to lead or contribute to Digitalization, Automation, and Analytics projects • Participate in scope transitions and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently • Foster supportive relationships with peers and colleagues Skills and Qualifications Skill sets required: • Strong accounting skills • Advanced computer proficiency, especially Excel • Sharp analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail • Robust problem-solving expertise • Excellent verbal and written communication • SAP/ERP environment experience (preferred) • Proven month-end and year-end closing process experience Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience • Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive accounting processes • Background in BPO or Fortune 500 environments • Experience working in matrix organizational structures * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
