What You'll Do
As an S&S Systems Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation of sophisticated radar technology by monitoring system health, analyzing performance data, and resolving technical challenges. You'll remotely track server stability, database efficiency, and network integrity, stepping in to diagnose and fix issues before they impact performance.
You’ll provide hands-on technical support to users, troubleshoot hardware-software integration problems, and respond to on-call requests when needed. By analyzing customer data, you’ll identify recurring patterns and collaborate with internal teams to address root causes. Regular system inspections and proactive maintenance will help prevent disruptions, while your insights from customer reviews will inform product refinements.
Your role includes documenting all maintenance activities, relaying user feedback to development teams, and contributing to performance evaluations that shape future enhancements.
