Solventum is hiring a Senior Account Manager, Dental Solutions based in Taiyuan to achieve sales objectives and provide independent sales coverage of assigned accounts. In this role, you will drive market development and customer service, pioneering innovations at the intersection of health and material science.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for customers in line with company business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective territory coverage and sales coordination.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees.
- More than two years of medical/pharma sales experience, specifically in dental sales.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
