Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Value Advisory Director to provide strategic guidance and demonstrate the measurable business value of our platform to customers. This role is critical for aligning our solutions with customer success metrics.
What You'll Do
- Lead value-based discovery workshops and business case development with enterprise customers.
- Partner with sales teams to articulate and quantify the return on investment for complex opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations on business outcomes and value realization.
- Build and maintain a repository of value-oriented content, case studies, and financial models.
- Advise internal teams on market trends and customer-specific value drivers.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a value advisory, management consulting, or strategic finance role within enterprise software.
- Expertise in financial modeling, ROI/TCO analysis, and business case development.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
