Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create user-centered designs by conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Present design rationales and recommendations to stakeholders.
