About the Role
This role supports the creation of user-friendly digital products through collaboration with product managers, engineers, and senior designers. The individual will contribute to design systems, conduct user research, and iterate on prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to define user needs and design goals
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Participate in user research sessions and synthesize findings
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Maintain consistency across digital interfaces
- Support usability testing planning and execution
- Document design decisions and processes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Exposure to A/B testing or data-informed design decisions
