Shape meaningful user experiences as a Product Designer on a platform dedicated to advancing digital fundraising. With over seven years of design experience, you’ll develop clear UX scenarios, build interactive prototypes, and maintain consistent, scalable interfaces in Figma across multiple product areas.
What You’ll Do
- Design and document user flows that reflect real-world needs, iterating based on feedback and testing.
- Develop and manage Figma components and design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers, business analysts, and fellow designers to align on goals and execution.
- Stay involved through development cycles to ensure final implementations match design intent and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving.
- Strong ability to propose multiple directions, evaluate trade-offs, and clearly explain design decisions.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to revisit or rebuild designs as part of an iterative process.
- Commitment to agreements and project timelines without compromising quality.
- Fluency in Russian and professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Work Environment
This role is fully remote within Portugal, with team collaboration aligned to the 9 AM–6 PM CET window. You’ll join a close-knit, low-ego team where transparency is valued—financials, product metrics, and client insights are shared openly. Engineers and designers work side by side, exchanging knowledge through bi-weekly technical discussions and regular updates across departments.
