Human Intelligence is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team as a contractor. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion marketing assets and visual systems, blending human creativity with machine intelligence in our global, fast-paced, and future-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).
- Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks, and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.
- Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.
- Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience creating high-conversion email templates, social graphics, web funnels, and marketing collateral.
- Native proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC.
- Experience in GHL (Go High Level) email design.
- Fluent in using AI tools to scale creativity and speed for design and videos.
