Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall creative vision across channels to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee and guide a team of designers, render artists, and creatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Drive the development of packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals.
- Ensure creative outputs meet production feasibility standards and maintain high attention to detail in execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to support business objectives and deliver impactful creative initiatives.
- Lead performance-driven creative campaigns for platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including creative testing and iteration.
- Maintain and elevate design systems, visual identity, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide hands-on support and contribute directly to creative execution as needed.
- Build and refine internal creative processes to optimize efficiency and reduce reliance on external agencies.
Requirements
- Highly driven and visionary Creative Director
- Must take ownership of the brand’s creative direction and execution
- Act as both strategist and builder
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives
- Remain hands-on when needed
- Ensure every piece of creative work is visually strong, practical, production-ready, and optimized for performance in fast-paced e-commerce environments
Compensation
USD $1,500 - $2,300/month
Additional Information
- This is a full-time contractor role.
- Workplace is remote.
- Schedule is Monday to Friday in U.S. Time Zone.
