Shape the Future of Mobile Email
As Senior Product Designer, Mobile, you’ll define the visual and interactive language of a powerful email experience tailored for professionals on the move. Your work will center on transforming complex workflows into seamless, intuitive interactions across iOS and Android, ensuring the mobile app delivers the same speed and precision as its desktop counterpart.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for core features including inbox navigation, message composition, calendar integration, and AI-driven tools like Auto Drafts and Write With AI.
- Adapt desktop-level functionality into mobile-native patterns that feel fluid, responsive, and effortless.
- Challenge conventional mobile email paradigms through gesture-based interactions, real-time collaboration, and intelligent automation.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to test concepts, validate user behaviors, and refine workflows that enhance productivity on smaller screens.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define roadmap priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship impactful features in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to a supportive, feedback-driven design culture where ideas are shared openly and growth is a shared goal.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of product design experience focused on mobile platforms, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery in problem-solving, interaction design, and polished execution.
- Proven ability to simplify intricate workflows into intuitive, scalable mobile experiences.
- Familiarity with platform-specific design standards on iOS and Android, and the judgment to know when to follow or innovate beyond them.
- Experience designing AI-powered features with attention to user trust, control, and performance on mobile devices.
- Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and driving projects from concept to launch.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a drive to create clarity in ambiguous situations.
