Lead the creative direction of a rapidly expanding digital financial platform with a presence across Southeast Asia. As Assistant Creative Director, you’ll define and refine the brand’s visual language, tone, and storytelling approach across all customer-facing channels — from digital and social to product interfaces and print.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity that reflects BJAK’s mission and resonates with local and regional audiences
- Turn strategic goals into compelling creative concepts that drive awareness, engagement, and growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and content creators to deliver high-quality work under fast-moving conditions
- Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across digital platforms, social media, product experiences, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with growth, product, and leadership teams in Malaysia and across the region to align creative execution with business objectives
- Optimize creative workflows to support speed, scalability, and quality without compromise
- Use performance data and user feedback to refine creative strategies and improve results over time
- Stay informed on evolving design trends, fintech innovations, and consumer behavior to keep the brand sharp and forward-thinking
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in creative or brand leadership, ideally within agencies, fintech, or high-growth digital brands
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and multi-channel creative execution
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Deep understanding of branding fundamentals, visual design, and digital content strategy
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on execution, iteration, and measurable impact
