Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in power converter, inverter development or ESS
- Strong technical foundation in power electronics, inverter-based resources and certification process
- Knowledge of BESS applications and hands-on experience with testing, validation, or system modeling
- Familiarity with relevant certifications and standards such as UL 1741/SA, UL 9540, IEEE 1547, IEC 62109, IEC 61850
- Experience working with global engineering or manufacturing teams across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to build internal tools, automate processes, or develop engineering workflows
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
