About the Role
This role leads the design and delivery of backend e-commerce capabilities, aligning technical development with business goals through agile practices and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlogs for backend e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Monitor system performance and identify scalability improvements
- Work closely with architects to ensure platform reliability and maintainability
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive incident resolution and post-mortem analysis for backend services
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Manage dependencies across multiple development teams
- Evaluate new technologies for integration into the backend ecosystem
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Track key performance indicators for service uptime and response times
- Coordinate release planning across interconnected systems
- Advocate for customer-centric solutions in platform design
- Maintain documentation for APIs and service contracts
- Identify technical debt and propose remediation plans
- Participate in architecture reviews and system design discussions
- Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide technology roadmaps
- Drive adoption of best practices in API design and microservices
- Support disaster recovery and high availability planning
Nice to Have
