What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end execution of system software for advanced Automotive High Performance Compute (HPC) SoC platforms. You will oversee the full lifecycle of software development, from initial planning through integration, testing, and handover to business units. Your role ensures timely delivery of embedded drivers, middleware, reference applications, and development tools tailored for automotive use cases including ADAS, IVI, and Fusion.
Lead cross-functional software teams distributed across Japan, India, Vietnam, and the United States, aligning daily with development leads to monitor progress and resolve blockers. You will define and manage program milestones, maintain detailed risk logs with mitigation strategies, and lead regular Program Development Team meetings to track performance and adapt plans as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for in-depth customer communication, supporting technical engagement with lead SoC customers and ensuring requirements are clearly handed over to development teams. You will generate data-driven updates for stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executives, and prepare materials for internal reviews, customer briefings, and partner collaborations.
Collaborate closely with the Device Program Manager to synchronize software timelines with hardware development, and support budget and scope planning within the company’s formal development framework. You will also contribute directly to Agile sprint planning, monitor CI/CD integration outcomes, and ensure quality handover to validation teams.
