What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of personalization features powered by large language models and machine learning, focused on improving user engagement and merchant visibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to build seamless, user-first experiences at the intersection of AI and e-commerce.
- Define product strategy, craft roadmaps, and establish measurable outcomes for key initiatives in the curation and shopping ecosystem.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to improve relevance and sophistication in discovery features, balancing user needs with platform goals.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, turning complex challenges into clear direction while influencing cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven products, particularly in e-commerce or personalized content platforms.
- Technical fluency in machine learning systems and LLM applications, with the ability to engage deeply with data scientists and engineers.
- Strong user and business insight—skilled at uncovering needs through research, workflow analysis, and data interpretation.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts for diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- Experience operating in B2B2C environments, delivering value for both end users and business partners.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on execution, ownership, and long-term strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, supporting remote work with occasional in-office collaboration—typically 1 to 2 times per quarter—for strategic alignment and team connection. Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary ranges from US $195,738 to $402,990, adjusted based on location, experience, and expertise. The position includes equity eligibility and access to AI-driven product innovation.
