Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Solutions Engineer to play a key role in driving technical excellence throughout the enterprise sales cycle. You will partner with account executives to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions and act as the bridge between sales, product, and professional services teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to identify client challenges and opportunities where solutions can deliver measurable outcomes.
- Lead technical discovery, solution demonstrations, workshops, and validation events to showcase product value.
- Manage scoping and execution of proofs-of-value, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date presales documentation in CRM and collaboration tools.
- Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, integration strategies, and business process alignment.
- Contribute best practices, reusable content, and collateral to support the broader sales and presales organization.
- Travel as needed to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS presales or solutions engineering.
- Deep product knowledge across multiple technology platforms and strong software demonstration skills.
- Domain expertise in compliance, IT, and business workflows relevant to regulated industries.
- Experience with solution selling methodologies, including Demo2Win, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to scope and execute validation events and complex technical proposals.
- Strategic thinking with strong collaboration, time management, and mentorship capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience.

- Compensation range: $140,000 - $190,000.
