Adoreal is looking for a Full Stack .NET Engineer to support company growth by automating content production, scheduling, and reporting processes. This individual contributor role focuses on building systems that power the future of healthcare and supporting key product and engineering initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement user-facing features.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for new product features.
- Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Support product releases and resolve production issues when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of full stack development experience using .NET on the backend.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and Node.js.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Must live and be able to work in LATAM, ideally Colombia.
- Must have current and valid authorization to work in the country where they are applying.
