About the Role
The Senior Solutions Engineer will bridge clinical needs and technical implementation, ensuring healthcare products are effectively designed, integrated, and adopted. This role requires deep technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical experts to translate medical workflows into technical requirements
- Design and oversee integration of software solutions within healthcare environments
- Support product development by providing real-world clinical and technical insights
- Troubleshoot complex system integrations and resolve technical obstacles
- Lead proof-of-concept deployments for new healthcare technologies
- Work directly with healthcare providers to understand operational challenges
- Develop technical documentation for internal and client-facing use
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations
- Coordinate between engineering teams and clinical stakeholders
- Optimize solution performance across diverse healthcare IT infrastructures
- Advise on scalability and reliability of clinical software systems
- Participate in client onboarding and technical training sessions
- Evaluate third-party systems for compatibility with core platforms
- Monitor post-deployment performance and recommend improvements
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term product evolution
