Nielsen is looking for a Sr Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to support its Ad Measurement business, focusing on TV media clients. You will be responsible for driving renewals and expanding sales of audience measurement products by demonstrating Nielsen’s value across TV and Digital measurement.
What You'll Do
- Own overall commercial and strategic success for Nielsen’s ad measurement business among TV media sellers.
- Develop deep product knowledge to address client questions effectively and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Account Management, Product, Commercial Ops, and Product Marketing, to position products for client satisfaction.
- Develop industry and client-specific sales strategies alongside Account Management and Product Sales leads.
- Participate in the full sales process from prospecting to proposal development and contract closure.
- Maintain the opportunity pipeline as part of sales administration.
- Support team members in client discussions related to your product suite.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of work experience in media & advertising, consulting, market research, or a related domain.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Knowledge of Nielsen as a business and its products, services, and offerings.
- Understanding of the television and digital industry, including current state and future trends.
- Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to meet deadlines and respond to stakeholders promptly.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
- Motivation to drive sales and delight clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- A strong team player mindset, recognizing this is a sales role that will adapt with the team.
Nice to Have
- Media seller experience.
- An MBA or other Master’s Degree.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with a preference for a US east coast location, ideally the New York metro area. You will work from Nielsen offices in select locations.
