About the Role

The role involves partnering with sales and product teams to design and present technical solutions that meet client needs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and technical environments
  • Design and present customized solution architectures for prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
  • Translate customer requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Develop proof-of-concept implementations and demonstrations
  • Provide technical expertise during contract negotiations and procurement discussions
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools and technical documentation
  • Advise internal teams on client feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Ensure proposed solutions comply with security and data privacy standards
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Present at webinars, conferences, and customer events as a technical representative
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical objections during the sales process
  • Assist in qualifying opportunities based on technical feasibility
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and integration patterns
  • Drive adoption of best practices in solution design and implementation
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners when integrations are required
  • Document solution designs and architecture decisions for client review
  • Support RFP and RFQ responses with accurate technical details
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients throughout the sales cycle
