- Advise internal teams on client feedback to influence product roadmap
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with security and data privacy standards
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Present at webinars, conferences, and customer events as a technical representative
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical objections during the sales process
- Assist in qualifying opportunities based on technical feasibility
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and integration patterns
- Drive adoption of best practices in solution design and implementation
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners when integrations are required
- Document solution designs and architecture decisions for client review
- Support RFP and RFQ responses with accurate technical details
