Responsibilities
- Build, test, and document custom features, integrations, and data migrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Convert business needs into scalable technical designs optimized for ServiceNow capabilities
- Create reusable workflow frameworks and identify automation opportunities to replace manual processes
- Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote best practices
- Validate solutions through structured testing procedures
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across development, testing, and deployment phases
- Deliver accurate task estimates and detailed work breakdowns
- Resolve system incidents within defined SLAs and perform maintenance to ensure platform reliability
- Guide and support team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Foster a proactive and adaptable work culture
