LegalMatch Philippines is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Scrum Teams in building high-impact software and features. In this role, you will keep scrum teams focused by guiding them, clearing blockers, and ensuring they have what they need to deliver value to customers.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate effective communication among team members
- Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress
- Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
- Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
- Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, and retrospectives
- Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
- Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams
- Tweak and adjust the team’s Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery
- Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Agile Scrum Master Certification
