About the Role

The role involves managing Salesforce configurations, supporting users, and driving system improvements to enhance data integrity and process automation across sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM environment across departments
  • Configure and manage user accounts, roles, and permission sets
  • Support sales and service teams with system access and troubleshooting
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits and cleanup processes
  • Implement and manage automation tools including workflows and process builders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system changes
  • Document system configurations and operational procedures
  • Lead testing efforts for new features and system updates
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
  • Support integration between Salesforce and other business systems
  • Manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts based on business needs
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and teams
  • Enforce security policies and compliance standards within the platform
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on best practices
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues and resolve promptly
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new functionality
  • Assist in planning and executing Salesforce upgrades
  • Support change management processes for system modifications
  • Ensure data governance policies are followed across the organization
  • Work closely with IT and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain sandbox environments for development and testing
  • Assist in user adoption strategies and feedback collection
  • Track and report on system usage metrics
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical system issues
  • Support compliance and audit requirements related to CRM data
