Cobalt is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, Remote - EST

About the Role

Cobalt seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive continuous improvement and strategic configuration of our Salesforce platform. You'll own the hands-on administration and declarative development that empowers our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary system administrator, managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate business processes.
  • Own data quality within Salesforce, performing regular audits, managing data migrations, and implementing best practices for data hygiene.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the GTM organization to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other key systems within our GTM tech stack.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for new features and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
  • Deep expertise in declarative development, particularly with Salesforce Flow, for building complex business process automation.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market processes, including lead management, sales cycles, pipeline management, customer success, and finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.

You will be a key member of the RevOps team, reporting to the Senior GTM Operations Manager.
