Coupa Software is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Professional Services department. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for driving insights and process improvements to support our sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics for the Professional Services team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to define and standardize operational procedures.
- Manage and ensure data integrity within sales systems and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales operations, business operations, or similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and translate findings clearly.
- Experience with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present data and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
