Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, crafting account strategies, and closing enterprise deals for new, expanded, and renewed contracts.
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings with marketing-qualified prospects, including initial presentations and product demonstrations.
- Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to generate new leads and expand market presence.
- Deliver standardized and tailored product demonstrations while addressing technical questions and requirements.
- Engage directly with client technical teams to explain product architecture, customize solution discussions, and resolve technical concerns.
- Partner with sales engineers to conduct Proof of Concept initiatives, including on-site development of process automation bots in client test environments.
- Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFX inquiries by coordinating with internal RFX, sales engineering, product, and services teams.
- Collaborate with technical support, engineering, and services teams to ensure solutions align with client business needs.
- Work closely with leadership to support product success and contribute to future product direction.
- Travel domestically between 25% and 50% of the time to support client engagements and sales activities.
