About the Role

EX Squared is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the technical execution of key initiatives. You will be responsible for driving project success through meticulous planning and coordination, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestones
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure project deliverables meet specifications
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar technical project leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle technical projects from initiation to closure
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders
