EX Squared is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to take ownership of complex technical projects and drive them to successful completion. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate project risks and technical roadblocks
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading technical projects as a project engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
