EX Squared is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to own the technical delivery of complex, high-impact projects. In this role, you will coordinate technical resources and ensure projects meet their objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from concept to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and technical milestones.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers proactively.
- Monitor project progress, report on status to stakeholders, and ensure quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a project engineering or technical project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
