Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr. Program Manager - DWH Engineering to lead strategic, large-scale initiatives in a high-growth, data-driven environment. You will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, and data teams, defining the program vision and enabling agile execution.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate a clear program vision aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain a cross-functional roadmap that integrates product goals, engineering capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Establish operational governance using Jira and Confluence, maintaining transparency and consistency in process documentation.
- Track and report OKRs in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Drive process reengineering and standardization across data workflows and engineering pipelines to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Design scalable operating models to support cadence planning, escalation management, and release governance.
- Ensure data reliability by aligning program health metrics with reporting accuracy and platform stability.
- Champion enhancements in metadata management, lineage, and reconciliation across BI and data lake environments.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within data or engineering domains.
- Deep proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset and expertise in Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations by bringing clarity and focus to execution plans.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data governance, BI tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with the fintech industry and identity verification products.
- Proven ability to lead within matrixed environments.
