This fixed-term role, covering parental leave from May 2026 to June 2027, focuses on leading people data strategy, reward programs, and analytics within a forward-thinking organization. Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will manage a small team of technical specialists and shape data-driven decisions across the People function.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of two, fostering professional growth and technical excellence. Deliver comprehensive quarterly reports on workforce trends and employee engagement, translating complex datasets into clear, strategic insights for senior leaders. Maintain rigorous standards for data accuracy, privacy, and system integrity across all People platforms.
Oversee job architecture and ensure pay ranges reflect current market benchmarks. Lead compensation analysis and respond to ad hoc requests, supporting both business units and union-related discussions in the UK and US. Present findings and reward strategies to executives with clarity and impact. Drive digital improvements in HR systems, working closely with Technology and Finance partners to advance automation and usability.
Act as a trusted advisor on reward and data matters, building strong relationships with leadership and ensuring insights inform organizational decisions. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
You bring proven experience in HR data analytics and reporting, with hands-on proficiency in Workday. You are skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and have a track record of leading teams with empathy and direction. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving judgment are essential. Experience in compensation benchmarking tools and reward program design is highly valued.
