Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development for Events and Auctions, establishing processes in a maturing product environment
- Manage the product roadmap and coordinate integration timelines with existing systems
- Act as the primary product liaison during customer research, support escalations, and live event feedback sessions with nonprofit fundraising clients
- Develop clear, actionable specifications including user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams in the UK
- Facilitate agile rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives across UK engineering and US design teams
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to event stability, user retention, and cross-product adoption
- Collaborate with software development managers and technical leads on architecture, tradeoffs, and sourcing decisions prior to project initiation
- Design prototypes ranging from hand sketches to interactive Figma mockups to test solutions with users before engineering begins
- Strategically integrate AI and new technologies to enhance both customer experiences and internal efficiency
- Leverage data analytics, user input, and market trends to iteratively refine the product experience
