EX Squared is looking for a Sr. Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing launch strategies to drive product adoption and business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans and timelines for global product releases
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning and messaging frameworks
- Analyze launch performance metrics and report on success criteria and key learnings
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the launch lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or launch management
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-phase product launches from conception to post-launch analysis
- Expertise in developing GTM strategies, positioning, and sales enablement materials
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology product launches
- Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with product analytics and launch measurement tools
