AHEAD is looking for a Senior Palo Alto Engineer to join our Managed Services Infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage Palo Alto Networks security solutions for our enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions for managed services clients.
Lead complex security architecture projects and configuration migrations.
Monitor and optimize network security posture, troubleshoot performance issues, and analyze traffic.
Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and threat prevention configurations.
Provide expert-level guidance and serve as an escalation point for security-related incidents.

What We're Looking For

Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls in an enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of security concepts including Zero Trust, VPNs, and threat prevention.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues independently.
Experience working within a managed services or similar client-facing technical role.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
