Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to create effective NetSuite solutions
- Build and customize automation scripts in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 for NetSuite processes
- Develop and sustain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite
- Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and external business systems using SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems while providing ongoing system support
- Partner with internal teams to interpret business needs and convert them into technical implementations
- Oversee NetSuite upgrades and new deployments, ensuring alignment with current operations
- Produce and update comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes
